Responsibilities: As a Band 5/6/7 Locum Paediatric Physiotherapist you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments to paediatric patients within the community. This includes developing individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will be expected to maintain accurate patient records, participate in clinical audits, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. Additionally, you will be involved in training and mentoring junior staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines. Qualifications and Experiences: Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Previous experience working as a paediatric physiotherapist, preferably within a community setting. Strong clinical skills in paediatric physiotherapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
