We are looking for a Technical Support Officer/ Administrator to assist the licensing department at a Local Authority based in Hertfordshire.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Process incoming enquiries regarding licensing
2. Complete relevant administrative tasks, for example validating applications and updating databases
3. Maintain and develop professional relationships with license holders and applicants
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous experience of working within a similar customer service and administrative role
