We are currently seeking talented SENIOR ENGINEERS, with glovebox and nuclear experience to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating glove boxes for use in nuclear facilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the glove boxes meet all safety and regulatory requirements, while also maximizing efficiency and usability for personnel working within the facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Engineer and develop glove boxes for use in nuclear facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
2. Experience in the design of the containment structure is a minimum requirement.
3. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand requirements and specifications for each project.
4. Conduct research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and advancements in glove box technology.
5. Work closely with manufacturers to ensure that glove boxes are built to exact specifications and meet all quality standards.
6. Perform regular inspections and tests on glove boxes to ensure proper functioning and safety.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to glove box design or functionality.
8. Mentor inexperienced team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 5-10 years of experience in glove boxes for nuclear facilities.
3. Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for nuclear facilities.
4. Strong technical skills and proficiency with design software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
