EMEA Distributor Sales Manager Reporting to the GM EMEA, the EMEA Distributor Sales Manager will manage sales and relationships with our group of distributors in multiple countries across EMEA. Management Lead and mentor the distributor group in order to maximize growth opportunities for both parties across our headwear and apparel collections. Create individual and collective business plans to ensure sales goals and objectives are achieved. Work with team to strengthen product knowledge, marketing, presentation and forecasting skills. Foster and develop key relationships within the region at retail level and directly with our partners in the market. Sales Goals Work to achieve strategic growth objectives of the company within assigned regions. Responsible for setting and delivering on sales goals, expectations, and projections on both a country and regional basis. Engage with new distributors across the territory. Explore DTC opportunities across the territory. Work cross functionally with counterparts in sales, marketing, design and legal to ensure alignment with business direction. Conduct weekly calls to review goals, KPI’s and other pertinent information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Strong presentation skills Strong influencing skills Relevant experience in a sportswear/fashion environment is highly preferable Experience working in dynamic and fast paced environment Must have exceptional communication skills, including the abilities to elicit information, actively listen, verbalize ideas manage and resolve conflicts Must have the ability to communicate effectively with clear, concise, written messages through memos, e-mails and reports Strong understanding of retail math, seasonal assortment planning, business planning, retailer relationships and the leadership product process 7-10 Years of selling experience Language skills very desirable This role will require significant overseas travel and in market presence.
