Business Administrator
ARM are supporting an automotive client based in Chichester to recruit a Business Administrator.
This is a 12-month rolling contract, inside IR35—hybrid working available: 3 days on-site per week.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various teams as a centralised administrator.
Responsibilities:
* Organise and file all POs into the relevant files.
* Liaise with external suppliers
* Monitor relevant trackers and invoices, ensuring they are maintained and directed to the correct person.
* All internal administration, eg. booking meeting rooms, hotels etc.
* Accept, label and dispatch all shipments.
* Stock check and ordering of the stationary cupboard.
* Welcome visitors, provide equipment and grant access rights.
* Deal with IT issues, and monitor completion.
* Liaise with teams to book events and internal meetings.
Experience:
* Experience using SAP or a similar accounting system
* Exerpeicne with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident to author English.
* Strong IT experience, using MS Office Packages.
