Your Role
As our Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
1. Preventative and planned maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
2. Electrical fault-finding and repair on high-speed packaging machinery.
3. Servicing, testing, and repairs of all site services/facilities equipment.
4. Keeping machines operating smoothly to maximise production output and minimise downtime.
5. Carring out continuous improvement projects and supporting machinery installations and modifications.
6. Working with a wide range of equipment, from conveyors and motors to PLCs and pneumatics.
What We're Looking For
1. Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 18th edition certification).
2. Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, with a problem-solving approach; this role is 80/20 electrically biased.
3. Experience in a manufacturing environment is desired but not essential.
4. A proactive, team-oriented individual with a ‘can do' attitude.
5. An autonomous approach and a “hard-working” mindset.
6. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and strong communication skills.
