An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Asset Management team for an Asset & Investment Graduate here at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. The Asset & Investment Graduate will work as part of the Investment team within the Property department, responsible for the delivery of a range of planned maintenance, improvement and decarbonisation projects including individual properties and large-scale programmes, ensuring high quality services are delivered to all customers. They will also assist in the asset management functions, maintaining decency of the housing stock using surveys and data to inform future programmes. This role is designed to allow the successful candidate to gain property investment and asset management skills to enable career progression within the housing sector. The role will be supported by a ‘learning and development’ package, which will provide the successful applicant with both ‘on the job’ training and complementary formal training opportunities. In order to undertake this role successfully, you will need the following key skills, knowledge & experience; - A relevant degree level qualification, such as in Construction or a Data oriented STEM subject. - Strong IT skills, especially Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is also desirable, but not essential. - Knowledge of the challenges present within Social Housing. - Teamworking skills. - Ability to operate using one's own initiative. - Evidence of a Customer First approach. - Strong organisational skills. - Good communication skills.
