Steadplan Ltd is a group of MAN Dealerships running through the corridor of the M62 motorway network and dominating the North-West.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Contracts & Warranty Administrator/Claimer to join our Team at Rochdale. Previous experience in this role is essential.
The Role:
1. Claiming and invoicing of all warranty and R & M repairs carried out in our workshops according to the manufacturer guidelines.
2. Submission of any required documentation to the manufacturer as requested.
3. Action warranty and R & M referrals in a timely manner to ensure that the claim is not rejected.
4. Ensure that all warranty and R & M parts are available for inspection at the request of the manufacturer.
5. Constantly monitor work in progress to ensure that it is kept to a minimum level.
6. Occasionally providing assistance and support to the Retail administrator.
7. Effectively communicate with technicians to gain more information on repairs to maximise claimable time.
8. Be proactive in maintaining the company’s policies including but not limited to Health and Safety, tidiness, and Compliance.
9. Carry out ad-hoc duties as and when required company.
10. Overtime may be required at busy periods to meet the growing needs of the business.
11. Meet KPI’s set by both Steadplan Group LTD and the vehicle manufacturer.
Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00/08:30-17:30 with 30 mins for Lunch
