We are a small, mighty and passionate group of consultants that are looking for the newest member of our team This role isn't just about seeing patients in the acute facility, our Geriatricians also see patients in the community and are actively involved in admission avoidance for both frail and elderly patients. Our consultants complete outpatient clinics and work with Community Matrons to make sure patients receive the best possible outcome without needing to be admitted to an acute setting.
