Principal Responsibilities:
* Accurately inputting ad-hoc payments such as overtime, detachments, miscellaneous payments, and deductions.
* Calculating adjustments to salaries or allowances.
* Managing payroll processing for new hires and leavers.
* Reviewing reports from payroll providers to verify the accuracy of monthly inputs and changes.
* Assisting in resolving employee payroll-related queries.
* Providing support to the expense function as needed (e.g., holidays, sick leave).
* Following payroll policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
* Maintaining thorough records for both internal and external audits.
* Ensuring the payroll function and team consistently adhere to compliance standards.
* Performing additional payroll and analysis tasks as needed to support the business.
Person Specification:
* A good level of education or equivalent relevant work experience.
* Prior experience in a similar role.
* SAP experience is preferred.
* Familiarity with Concur is desirable.
* Strong presentation and communication abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated.
