Robert Half are supporting a business in Bath who are looking for an AR Assistant to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.
This role presents an opportunity for an individual with good communication skills, an eye for detail and previous finance experience to contribute to the efficient functioning of the receivables operations.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
Hybrid Working - 2 x days on site
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
* Sales Ledger Invoicing
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders
* Inbox Management
* Adhoc Tasks as required
Required experience/background:
* Previous experience in a finance function
* High level of accuracy
* Good communication and team working skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
* Good computer and IT skills, use of PivotTables and formulas in Excel would be an advantage
