Advance Management UK Ltd, are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administration Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operation of our client in Blackpool. This role provides critical administrative support, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: General Administrative Support: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries. Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial paperwork. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and physical. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Greet visitors and ensure they are directed appropriately. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems. Maintain confidential information and records. Generate reports and summaries as needed. Provide support to other team members as needed. Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
