Role Overview:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons designed to address the diverse needs of SEN pupils.
* Support children with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and MLD.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external specialists to promote students' development.
* Track pupil progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning targets.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
* A compassionate, patient approach to teaching.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
