ARB Delivery Architect with 3-5 years experience for Central London Team
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000
Full-time role, based in Central London office
Permanent
An established International multidisciplinary practice is seeking new team members to join their team in the New Year - with between three to five years post qualification. They are a friendly, enthusiastic, and highly motivated team in London, with the backing of multiple larger offices globally. They are looking to grow their teams to meet an increased demand in UK Housing and large scale mixed use projects.
With a high profile portfolio of large award-winning projects, they are a great team to join. The focus for these new team members will be to join on a stage 4 project, delivering packages on site, usually in the UK with occasional overseas exceptions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion to get their hands dirty and stuck in to actually build projects.
Ideally, the right person would also be looking to progress and become an integral part of an expanding team, gaining more responsibilities to progress within the London Architects team. Your technical expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional results, and your architectural experience will be valued over specific software knowledge.
The Role:
1. You will be running projects individually or working as part of the team.
2. In time, you will act as a Project Lead managing a team of 2-4 persons depending on the office workload and your abilities.
3. You will be working across RIBA stages and actively supporting the BIM Manager with technical work.
4. The pipeline for the New Year will include projects just progressing to stage 4, as well as one or two pre-planning projects to be signed off.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
1. Qualified Architect with at least 3 years professional experience working in the UK.
2. Practical experience with Revit.
3. Excellent technical skills with demonstrable experience in large scale complex projects.
4. Confident presenting and being in a client-facing position, from establishing briefs through the stages.
5. Strong understanding of planning and building control requirements.
6. Demonstrable hands-on experience of working in Revit with internal and external teams.
7. Friendly and conscientious, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
8. Multidisciplinary teamwork, collaboration, and leadership experience.
9. Essential software - Revit/BIM, MS Office suite, SketchUp.
Benefits:
1. A dynamic work environment that values innovation and collaboration.
2. The opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects to meet demands of the UK Housing issues.
3. Lovely office space, with communal team spaces for CPD and socials.
4. Great office location in zone 1.
5. A clear career path and routes to progression.
6. Supportive and inclusive company culture.
7. Competitive salary, dependent on experience and capabilities.
