If you have a passion for team leadership, client growth, and operational excellence, this could be the perfect role for you Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) OTE £10,000 Company Car Provided Location: Multi-site in Leicester area (Travel Required) Hours: Monday - Friday, flexible shifts based on business needs Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving growth and retention. Team Leadership Manage, develop, and expand a team of onsite coordinators to ensure operational success. Labour Planning & Forecasting Oversee daily shift bookings, ensuring effective workforce management across multiple locations. Recruitment Coordination Collaborate with branches to ensure smooth recruitment processes and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Identify operational challenges and implement proactive solutions. Meetings & Reporting Lead weekly/daily meetings with clients and internal teams to provide key updates on supply, recruitment, and KPIs. Payroll & Compliance Oversee payroll, resolve queries, and ensure training compliance (Food Safety Level 2, Papaya). Onsite Operations Conduct regular site visits, engage with candidates, and manage essential resources (transport, PPE, and training). KPI & Performance Management Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure targets are met. On-call Support Be available for urgent operational needs outside of standard hours when required.
