Duties include helping with lesson preparation, delivering small group activities, and assisting with classroom management. Required Qualifications: Applicants must hold an HLTA qualification, have knowledge of the National Curriculum, and possess an Enhanced DBS check. Education: A minimum of HLTA qualification is required for this role. Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge and Skills: The ideal candidate will be proactive, have strong behaviour management skills, possess learning support skills, and demonstrate excellent timekeeping abilities. Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the required qualifications, any additional certifications related to education or teaching support would be beneficial. Working Conditions: This role is part-time, with specific hours to be determined. The Teaching Assistant will work in a classroom setting, assisting teachers and students during school hours.
