Job summary An exiting opportunity has arisen to join our well- established Quality and Audit team as a Quality and Audit Facilitator. You will have a good understanding of the clinical audit cycle and the general quality governance agenda within the NHS. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written and will need to be able to analyse and clearly present complex data. You will be expected to work closely with clinicians and staff across the Trust and should have a flexible, team player approach to your work. Main duties of the job The post-holder will: Provide advice and support for relevant specialties on clinical audit projects Provide support and advice on setting audit standards Review and approve clinical audit registrations Design data collection tools and provide support with data collection and analysis where applicable Liaise with Royal Colleges and other National bodies to co-ordinate the timely collection and submission of data to National Audit projects Interpret National Audit reports and provide support with drafting summary reports and presentations for Specialty Governance meetings Support in the development of SMART action planning Monitor the implementation of recommendations and actions and escalate where appropriate any actions that are off track Deliver clinical audit training to staff Facilitate the timely production of the Trust's Annual Audit Forward Programme and produce progress reports for the Care Groups Monitor progress against the forward audit programme and escalate where appropriate any projects that are off track About us The Humber Health Partnership is one of the largest acute and community Partnership arrangements in the NHS, seeing well over one million patients every year and managing a budget of over £1.3 billion.
