Job summary We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced HR professional to join our People Services Team as an Advisor. This individual should be enthusiastic and pro-active with a continuous improvement mind-set. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, well-organised individual who wishes to develop their HR skills working in a fast-paced environment. This role will work alongside a team of HR professionals to develop a responsive and high-quality advisory service.Applicants should be able to demonstrate decision making skills and critical thinking abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role will be expected to liaise with staff at all levels, senior managers and external organisations, as well as developing strong working relationship with trade union representatives within the Trust. Main duties of the job Providing a consistent, responsive, high quality employee relations advisory and support service to managers and staff within the Trust. Overseeing and supporting a range of complex and sensitive employment matters in relation to sickness absence. Develop and deliver training on HR policies, guidance and employment law for varied levels of managers.
