Job Description: Supporting the Director, you will work in a busy office environment gaining experience across all business functions required to run a success training centre. Your duties will include: Dealing with both email and telephone enquiries. Booking and co-ordinating training courses. Generating business leads and contributing to marketing strategies. Preparation of training materials and documents. Updating social media accounts. General administration duties. Skills required: Reliable with good timekeeping. Interested in Office work. Keen to learn. Willing to support and collaborate with colleagues. Working Week: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm Training to be provided: Level 3 Business Administrator 18 Months Required Qualifications: English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent) Grade 4 Future prospects: Long term career opportunity to progress to management position
