Ethero is seeking a skilled Agricultural Operator to join our team in Stafford, ST18. As a key member of our farm equipment operations, you will be responsible for operating various machinery, including telehandlers and 360 excavators up to 10 tonnes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating farm equipment, prioritizing efficiency and safety
* Transporting combinable crops with tractor and trailers
* Cultivating and harvesting fields using specialized equipment
* Loading bags weighing up to 40kg
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

* Proven experience operating farm equipment and machinery
* Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and crop management
