About the Role
We are seeking a Practice Manager/PA to join our innovative London-based studio of architects, designers, and thinkers. This role is 60% PA to the Principal and 40% Practice Manager, ensuring no two days are the same. This position requires a proactive, adaptable individual with a keen eye for detail and a knack for building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Principal's diary and client communications
Handle HR tasks including employee contracts, interviews, and inductions
Coordinate health and safety procedures and compliance
Oversee legal documents and company insurances
Assist with reception duties and studio organisation
Manage cash flow, fee chasing, and IT support
The Ideal Candidate
Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanour
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
A driving license is a bonus, but not essential
