Key Responsibilities: To provide high quality legal advice and support services to clients in the residential conveyancing process. Assist with file setup, searches, contract drafting, enquiries, statements, SDLT applications, Land Registry forms, and liaising with clients and third parties, plus file closure and archiving. Perform all usual tasks relating to the residential conveyancing process. To be the main point of contact for clients in the absence of the Head of Department. Key Criteria: A good level of education and proven qualification. Between 1 and 3 years post-qualified experience. Proven record of meeting income targets. Have an in-depth understanding of the conveyancing process. Self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
