Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitters to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in a warehouse environment. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling components and ensuring that products meet our high-quality standards. This position requires proficiency with both hand tools and power tools, making it essential for candidates to have a solid understanding of assembly processes.
Working Hours
AM - Monday to Friday 6am-2pm
PM - Monday to Thursday 2pm - 12am
Overtime paid at X1.5
Duties
* Assemble various components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
* Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required specifications.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
* Fault finding and rectification
* Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
* Collaborate with team members to optimise assembly processes and improve productivity.
* Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to the supervisor promptly.
