A good understanding of current issues in healthcare both locally and nationally, involvement in improving patient safety, risk and waste reduction and the development of others and general support for peers, junior and senior colleagues are expected. Main duties of the job The job holder will be responsible for supporting patients with cardiac conditions and their family within various settings including Outpatients (Surgical & Cardiology), Ward L51, and regional outreach clinics across the Yorkshire and the Humber region. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
