The Role:
As the Road Freight Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of customer service professionals supporting road freight logistics. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery is consistent, responsive, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the main escalation point for road freight service issues, ensuring swift resolution and excellent communication.
* Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and dispatch to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor KPIs and service metrics, using insights to drive improvements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Foster a proactive, solutions-focused culture within the team.
* Stay updated on trends and developments in road freight logistics.
