We are looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager to join our Revenue Excellence team in London. The role This is an exciting position for someone who enjoys being hands-on delivering Salesforce solutions for customers of all shapes and sizes (from SMB to enterprise size engagements). You’ll be leading customer engagements by determining process gaps and pain points, then rapidly designing and implementing best-in-class solutions utilizing Salesforce platform and you will be an integral part of the Salesforce team in Europe. Manage some of our Salesforce projects in Europe. Lead a team of more junior Consultants that deliver our Salesforce projects. Own accountability for client project budget and profitability, delivery schedules and overall quality of the solution. Build a world-class solution design strategy and action plan for each client engagement. Lead a variety of workshops, including business process reviews, discovery sessions, requirements gathering sessions, and design sessions. Perform analysis of complex business information, including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps. Support pre-sales and internal continuous process improvement initiatives. Work with Salesforce practice lead on the evolution and refinement of delivery methodologies and best practices. Mentor and grow more junior members of the team. You have Minimum 10 years of experience in Consulting or Delivery of Salesforce projects (preferably in Certinia or SF CPQ). Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Salesforce CPQ, Billing and Sales Cloud certified. Sound experience in a Project Lead, Solution Architect or Delivery Manager role. Previous experience in Salesforce Core Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud, preferably in an Administrator, Consultant, or Sales Ops user role. Proven ability to manage projects, lead discovery and build cycles, and work in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a rapidly changing environment. Experience being a servant leader and mentoring more junior mentors of the team.
