The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Customer site visits maybe required on occasion. Initially you will be based in Hampton. Future opportunity to work from either our Hampton or Derby office. Responsibilities Reproduce customer environment and run tests Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently Liaise between sales team, customer services and directly with customers to properly address any problems Troubleshoot and configure hardware and ifm's software tools Person Innovative, positive attitude and good communication skills are essential attributes along with a desire to develop and learn. You should be able to work well in a small team whilst being able to prioritise your own tasks to meet the daily requirements of the department. You will need commercial awareness, self-motivation and the determination to succeed. Desirable Degree educated in an Engineering discipline Customer service oriented Strong written, verbal and communication skills Good IT competency Some PLC/Scada knowledge is beneficial Full product training will be provided.
