We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This rewarding role will see you working with both clients and candidates responsible for developing new business, leading successful recruitment searches and driving business growth. We are a fast-paced consultancy with offices in London, Dubai, New York and Zurich. This role will be recruiting on our business support desk specialising in roles including PA, EA, Operations, Team Assistants and Receptionists. We have a strong client base within the finance and professional services but recruit across all business sectors.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage recruitment processes from start to completion ensuring a high level of service
- Source and attract candidates through advertising, networking and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates assessing skills and qualifications for roles
- Identify, develop and maintain new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to clients and candidates based on industry best practice and market trends
- Ensure that individual targets are achieved and contribute to team and company targets

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organised and detail-oriented

- A university degree will be highly regarded
