About the role We are looking for two Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Services team following internal recruitment. You will be a customer focused individual and will be the first point of contact for Cottsway s customers. You will deliver a comprehensive service to our customers by telephone, email, letter and via the website. You will also handle customer feedback, which will involve the investigation of complaints and finding a resolution for the customer. Experience of working in a call centre or a customer service environment is essential, along with the ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, whilst handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis. The role will involve answering enquiries, mainly by telephone, so you will be a clear communicator with an excellent telephone manner. A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant as part of our pre-employment checks.
