Job Description
Mode Search is exclusively partnered with a luxury British jewellery brand in their search for a contracted Head of Social Media, starting in February 2025 and will last for approximately 6 months.
Reporting to the CEO/Founder, the successful applicant will be expected to lead the marketing team to drive income growth taking advantage of market, industry and economic opportunities in line with set annual targets, budgets and KPIs.
This is a hybrid position, offer 1 days working from home.
This brand's pieces are handcrafted in London, each piece is a miniature canvas that is individual to the wearer, and each design tells a story through precious materials and precise craftsmanship.
The Role:
* In charge of driving audience acquisition, growth and retention using digital and traditional channels
* Build meaningful brand relationships and help develop multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Oversee the entire marketing budget
* Partner with the Directors of E-commerce and Digital to create an effective performance marketing strategy
* Work with internal and external creatives to create a strategy for brand content
* Create a global web content strategy, covering all global websites
* Support the Head of VIP & Client Development to deliver a successful client engagement strategy
* Partner with the Head of CRM to build a plan that will acquire, retain and reward clients, and relay this information to retail and web teams
* Instruct retail and digital teams clearly on the creation of client engagement plans using KPI’s
* Partner with PR agency for all press and event activations for the brand
* Create and maintain relationships with key senior Press contacts in order to increase brand visibility
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Marketing Director or Senior Marketing role, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
* Experience with creative direction, including photoshoots, mood boarding, and visual storytelling.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with media buying and graphic design processes.
* Experience in managing websites, understanding web development, and e-commerce platforms.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to report on key performance metrics.
