As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing routine and emergency repairs to equipment, fixtures, fittings and building systems. Their duties include responding to reports of broken or faulty items, conducting routine inspections of buildings and liaising with external specialists and contractors.
This is a full time role based at our client in Skelmersdale.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for upkeep of the building and its infrastructure. Their role is to maintain building operations and ensure that the facilities are always safe and functional
