We are looking for a Complaints Officer who will ensure Housing delivers fair, effective, and timely complaint handling.
About the role:
This is a new role working in the Quality, Assurance, and Development team. As a new post, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape future processes and delivery.
This role will be responsible for monitoring, defining, and acknowledging complaints, coordinating the complaints that are received across Housing to ensure that customer and regulatory requirements are met, and delivering a high-quality, responsive, and empathetic service.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will be highly motivated and want to deliver the very best levels of service. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Critically, you will have experience of producing and reviewing performance monitoring data and information.
You will also be confident, self-driven, and not afraid to challenge the way things are done and have difficult conversations with a view to bringing about the right outcomes for residents. You will have a key role in identifying opportunities to learn from complaints and developing a positive complaint culture.
