This hands-on role involves providing exceptional 1st-line technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring swift resolutions to maintain smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st-line technical support via email, ticketing systems, and phone. Log and manage helpdesk tickets, aiming for first-time fixes. Build and configure IT hardware, including Windows laptops, Macs, and mobile devices. Process new starters, leavers, and role changes while maintaining system documentation. Escalate technical issues efficiently to ensure timely resolution. Technical Skills Required: Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange). Knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, Antivirus software (ESET/Sophos), and backup technologies (e.g., Veeam). Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and printers.
