What Youll Do As a Forklift Operator at Trouw Nutrition, your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. You will be responsible for operating a variety of forklifts, including Reach and Counterbalance, to efficiently move materials and products around the facility. In addition to these core tasks, you will: Safely load and unload materials from delivery vehicles. Organize and manage inventory within the warehouse using forklift equipment. Ensure accurate stock movement and report discrepancies. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Work closely with other teams to ensure the timely dispatch of orders. Assist with warehouse organization and optimization of space. Who You Are We are looking for someone who brings experience and enthusiasm to the role. The ideal candidate will: Hold a valid Forklift Operator License (Reach, Counterbalance). Have experience in operating Bendi (Flexi) forklifts (an advantage). Be safety-conscious with a strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Be proactive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
