We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team in a dynamic business based in Middlesbrough. You will gain exposure and experience covering a wide range of accounting duties. This role would suit an individual with experience within an accounts department, looking to work 20-25 hours a week Monday to Friday, on a temp to perm basis. Duties as a Part-Time Accounts Administrator:• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date• Credit Control and handle queries• Process transactions • Handle corporate card payments• Support the maintenance of ledgers• Manage customer accounts• Ensure invoices are accurate and complete• Adhere to company policies and procedures• Assist colleagues within the accounts department • General administrative tasks About You:• Experience covering financial duties• Knowledge of financial systems and software (desirable) • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal To be successful as a Part-Time Accounts Administrator you will be a proactive individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve.
