Responsibilities:

2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, including engineers and site staff, to achieve project goals and maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
3. Site Operations: Coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and implement strategies to address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
4. Health and Safety: Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
5. Client Communication: Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns or queries in a timely manner.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

Requirements:
