Training Delivery: Lead classroom and practical training sessions for Passenger Services, focusing on customer care, safety protocols, and Swissport policies. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all training meets Swissport standards, safety regulations, and compliance with industry requirements. Coaching & Mentoring: Support On-the-Job Coaches at stations to ensure high-quality, compliant training and continuous improvement. Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments, feedback sessions, and revalidation training to ensure skills and knowledge are up-to-date. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring all training objectives are met. Training Coordination: Organize and schedule training sessions, including coordinating training facilities and issuing joining instructions. Passenger Services Experience: Previous experience working in Passenger Services in aviation or a related customer-focused industry. Training Experience: Experience delivering training or mentoring, particularly in customer service or hospitality. Safety-Focused: Strong understanding of health and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance across stations. Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, able to engage diverse audiences and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
