Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Trainee Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, you will:
* Conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment interviews, evaluating cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning
* Use standardised diagnostic tools to assess and diagnose ASD and ADHD
* Prepare detailed clinical reports, documenting findings, assessments, and recommendations
* Critically analyze clinical data, integrating patient history and observational findings for informed diagnoses
* Conduct risk assessments, ensuring safeguarding measures are in place for patient well-being
* Participate in multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings, collaborating with professionals to develop patient-centered care plans
* Maintain high standards of clinical care, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in assessments
Who We’re Looking For
* A Psychology graduate (2:1 or above), eager to develop clinical expertise
* Someone with a keen interest in neurodevelopmental conditions
* A detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills
* A team player who is clinically curious, solutions-focused, and proactive
* Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Suite, particularly Word and Excel
