This position is a traditional secretarial role, offering the chance to become an integral part of a team handling a high volume of residential conveyancing transactions. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive secretarial support to two Partners specialising in Residential Conveyancing.
* Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
* Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
* Handling telephone enquiries and liaising with clients and other professionals.
* Maintaining and organising physical and electronic files.
* Processing and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
* Conducting Land Registry searches and other relevant administrative tasks.
* Audio typing and digital dictation.
* Assisting with file management and archiving.
* Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
