This role reports to the Head of HR and is based at our HQ office in Abingdon. The primary focus will be on the UK employee group, with occasional remote interactions with international offices.
Job Responsibilities:
* Employee Relations (ER) Management: Handling ER cases effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining a positive work environment.
* Employee Lifecycle Management: Overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
* HRIS Maintenance: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records within our HR information system.
* Benefits and E-Learning Administration: Managing employee benefits and e-learning platforms.
* Recruitment and Selection: Coordinating recruitment efforts and selecting candidates for various roles.
* General HR Administration: Providing administrative support to the HR team and maintaining accurate records.
* Policy and Procedure Reviews: Collaborating with the HR team to review and update policies and procedures.
We seek an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in handling ER cases, employee onboarding, and knowledge of employment legislation. Previous experience with HRIS systems is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A can-do attitude, strong integrity, and a caring approach towards employees are essential qualities for this role.
