The Role Realise are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Liverpool region. As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely - Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications - Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career - Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey We are open to Trainee applications. We also welcome applications from full-time and part-time candidates.
