The Role: As an Outreach Tutor, you will:
🎓 Deliver one-to-one tuition in English and Maths up to GCSE/Functional Skills level.
🌟 Inspire and motivate students, helping them to overcome challenges and build confidence.
💬 Communicate effectively with students, parents, and schools to ensure progress and engagement.
🔍 Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each learner.
💡 Use a range of resources, including educational technology, to enhance learning experiences.
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with SEN students.
