This is an exciting opportunity to join the Clinical Site Management team with multiple secondment roles available (working 25hrs a week). The Operations centre is often seen as the “hub” of the hospital where decisions and plans are made to ensure the hospital can meet the demands of the emergency patients as well as the patients requiring an elective surgery. This role will expose the candidate to the wider network of UHS staff and clinical areas. The Operations Centre is also where the hospital runs its Major Incidents and Hospital Internal Management team meetings from. The role supports patient flow across the organisation exposing the team to clinical decision making, staffing issues and wider infrastructure issues. As one of the largest acute teaching Trusts in England, we offer learning and development opportunities to help you achieve the career you aspire to.
