The Job Description
The Asset Development Team plays a crucial role in supporting Manchester Airport's growth ambitions by ensuring that necessary infrastructure is in place at the right time.
This involves collaborating with the Masterplanning team to translate the masterplan into a tangible delivery plan, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to establish business needs and develop asset plans that drive best value for the Airport.
The Landside Asset Development Manager focuses primarily on the estate external to the Terminal and Airfield, including car parks, internal and external road networks, and public transport facilities.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in balancing competing needs to establish an effective land-use strategy that meets customer and operational requirements while driving commercial revenue and opportunities.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
