About the Role
We're seeking a flexible and creative Marketing, Design and Digital Assistant to join our team. You'll play a vital role in supporting our digital, print, and social media marketing initiatives while assisting with our charity clients' marketing needs.
This position is perfect for someone reliable, eager to learn, adaptable, and enthusiastic about digital and traditional marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Create and schedule LinkedIn content to support brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor LinkedIn activity. Working with team leader to respond to any comments/messages.
• Track and report on LinkedIn analytics to measure effectiveness.
Website Management
• Maintain and update content on our three company websites.
• Assisted in website improvements and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
Monitor our Charity Client Activity
• Regularly monitor our clients' social media and marketing materials.
• Identify any inconsistencies or areas that LFS should be aware of.
• Provide insights on relevant trends or changes in client messaging.
Print & Digital Marketing Projects
• Support the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.)
• Support the production of on and offline brand guidelines including corporate copy, headlines, design palettes, graphics and photography.
• Support the marketing and design of uniform guide and client corporate packs.
• Support the marketing and design required for trade conferences and exhibitions.
• Manage the design and upkeep of printed presentations and leaflets for our clients.
• Collaborate with external agencies, designers, photographers, and videographers as needed.
Qualifications
Familiarity with Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop) is an advantage.
Knowledge of general analytics principles and CSS would be beneficial.
Mac-friendly is preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Notion would be beneficial.
