Location: Loughborough or Runcorn Primarily Remote
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Pay: £18.10ph
Overview:
Our organization is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Service and Repair team on an immediate, hybrid basis. The successful candidates will coordinate between customers, repair sites, and field services to ensure efficient management of product repairs. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office catch-ups at our central office location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate communication between customers, repair sites, and field services as needed
2. Maintain accurate records using key systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant tools
3. Manage the service and repair inbox and related case files
4. Handle invoicing and billing tasks for service and repair activities
5. Run simple ad hoc queries as required
6. Generate reports for business units or customers on request
