Cost Estimation and Budgeting
* Work your magic to create accurate cost estimates that make clients and managers happy!
* Develop, manage, and protect project budgets like a financial superhero (cape optional).
* Offer clever, cost-saving solutions to keep things efficient and exciting.
Tendering and Contract Administration
* Help prepare and review tender documents (get ready to dive into the paperwork!)
* Be the hero in negotiating bids with contractors and suppliers—your skills will save the day.
* Compile detailed reports and make recommendations that will impress the client.
Cost Monitoring and Control
* Keep a sharp eye on costs throughout the project, spotting any sneaky deviations.
* Track expenses to make sure resources are used wisely and cost overruns are a thing of the past.
* Report regularly to senior management (they’ll love your updates!).
Procurement
* Oversee the timely delivery of materials and services—no construction delays on your watch!
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Ensure all contracts and procurement policies are followed (you’ll keep it all running smoothly).
Valuation and Payment Processing
* Perform periodic valuations of completed work and manage progress payments for contractors.

Risk Management
