Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. Familiarity with corporate structures, laws, and regulations. Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. About the Role As a VP Loan Agency Transaction Manager, you’ll manage complex client relationships and oversee daily duties of assigned Global Capital Markets Facility Agent and Security Agent accounts. This role requires someone adept at handling operational and risk management activities while maintaining client satisfaction. You will manage a varied portfolio of direct lending, corporates, leveraged and structured finance deals as facility and security agent Key Responsibilities Include: Review and provide comments on legal and financial documents. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to structure and close transactions. Manage cash flows, billing, and reporting for client accounts. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Represent the team at client meetings, transaction closings, and corporate initiatives. Administer and monitor assigned accounts to ensure compliance with policies and regulations Mentor and supervise junior team members.
