Main duties of the job You will be expected to offer mental health assessments and interventions to young people and their families and carers with an ability to work with a high level of complexity and risk. You will be expected to work closely with a range of colleagues in social care, schools and other partners and to support other clinicians in your team. The teams work within the context of iThrive, CAPA and CYP-IAPT. This post is part of the senior leadership team and you will provide supervision to clinicians in the team. You would be required to support colleagues and teams in shaping and developing our services going forwards and for ensuring adherence to protocols, policies and KPI's.As a consultant social worker you will support the team functioning as well as have a caseload to manage. Within the team you will support the team in facilitating safeguarding consultations and discussions spaces. The successful candidate will be supported to develop and build on existing skills and knowledge and will have access to a range of training opportunities to fit with both the needs of the service and personal interests
