As a fast-expanding automotive repair business with multiple sites across the UK, we need someone who can ensure smooth communication and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Phone Support: Answering and making phone calls to provide excellent customer service Work Provider Updates: Keeping work providers informed and up-to-date System Management: Updating computer systems and portals with accurate information KPI Achievement: Ensuring daily targets are met to maintain our high standards Job Management: Loading all daily jobs into the management system, ensuring branches have all the necessary details for accurate repairs Team Support: Assisting branches with any help they need to maintain smooth operations What We’re Looking For: Organised & Efficient: Strong organisational and administrative skills Team Player: Able to work well in a team, while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in job management and updates KPI Driven: Ability to focus on and meet daily performance targets This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
